Elecdes Trading and Technical Services or simply “ELECDES” was established on the 1st quarter of year 2009. Our office is located at #22 Continental Street, Greenview Village, Barangay Pamplona 3, Las Piñas City, Philippines.
From 2009 to 2012, Elecdes started as a design office for various Schneider Electric and Siemens technology partner electrical panel board and switchboard manufacturing facilities in the Middle East. Elecdes also provided testing & commissioning services for various projects in Saudi Arabia involving on-site power generation synchronizing and paralleling panels. Beginning 1st quarter of 2013, Elecdes refocus its business to the Philippine market as the sole distributor of CRE Technology, France for generating sets control, synchronizing and paralleling products and solutions. Beside selling the products, Elecdes also provides added value services such as application engineering, training, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
ELECDES is managed by Engr. Conrado C. Binondo, a Professional Electrical Engineer with more than 30 years extensive experience in managing, development, design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, servicing, testing and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical equipment for residential, commercial and industrial facilities. He also specializes in troubleshooting, giving technical solutions and application engineering of generator synchronizing, paralleling and load sharing, either in commercial, industrial, marine or mining sectors.

Multiple gensets in island operation, permanent paralleling with utility in base load or peak shaving application. Locally manufactured and assembled according to IEC or NEMA standards. Low voltage type tested assemblies according to IEC 61439 standards can be supplied upon request. Our synchronizing panel utilized drawout or fixed type circuit breaker technology up to 6300A 480V 60Hz for low voltage and 630A-1250A, 2.4kV, 4.16kV, and 13.8kV for medium voltage application.
Manual Transfer Equipment (MTSE) or Automatic Transfer Equipment. It can be an open transition or a soft-closed transfer switch equipment. Manual bypass can be supplied as an option. Our transfer equipment utilized drawout or fixed type circuit breaker technology up to 6300A 480V 60Hz for low voltage and 630A-1250A, 2.4kV, 4.16kV, and 13.8kV for medium voltage application.
